The weekly Winsome Rewards sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Klover Holdings, Inc., d/b/a Winsome Rewards, 200 N. LaSalle St., Ste 2000, Chicago, IL 60601 (“Sponsor”).
Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who meet the Winsome Account eligibility requirements set forth in the Terms of Service, including being legal residents of the United States and at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS NOT OPEN TO RESIDENTS OF FLORIDA OR NEW YORK. Residents of Florida and New York are not eligible to enter or win, and any entry submitted by a Florida or New York resident will be disqualified. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
Sweepstakes Period
Each entry period is a seven (7)-day period that begins each Thursday at 5:00:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends the following Thursday at 4:59:59 p.m. ET (each, an “Entry Period”). Sponsor may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Sweepstakes, or any Entry Period, at any time.
How to Enter
There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes: through use of the Winsome app, or by mail (the "Alternate Method of Entry"), each as described below. No other method of entry will be accepted. You may earn up to 250 entries in total per Entry Period, combining entries earned through the Winsome app and entries earned through the Alternate Method of Entry, regardless of method. Additional entries beyond that limit will be void.
- Winsome App: Entries may be earned through use of the Winsome app, including by creating a Winsome Account and/or connecting and maintaining a linked bank or debit account, as further described in the Terms of Service. The specific actions that earn entries through the app, and the number of entries awarded for each action, will be presented to you in the app before you complete that action, and are subject to change from time to time.
- Alternate Method of Entry: Alternatively, and at no cost, you may obtain entries without creating a Winsome Account, linking a bank or debit account, or taking any other action, by mailing a postcard with your full name, mailing address, phone number, and date of birth, along with the words "Winsome Weekly Sweepstakes Entry," to: Winsome Rewards, Attn: Sweepstakes Entries, 200 N. LaSalle St., Ste 2000, Chicago, IL 60601 (the "Alternate Method of Entry"). Each postcard that (a) is mailed separately in its own stamped envelope, (b) includes the entrant's full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth, and (c) is received before the end of the applicable Entry Period, will be awarded the number of entries stated for that Entry Period on the Free Entry page of the Platform (the “Free Entry Page”), without requiring use of the Winsome app or a Winsome Account). Sponsor will post the applicable number on the Free Entry page before the start of each Entry Period, and that number will be at least as many entries as the greatest number of entries obtainable for a single qualifying action in the Winsome app during that Entry Period. An entrant may submit multiple postcards in a single Entry Period, provided that total entries awarded through the Alternate Method of Entry, combined with any entries earned through the Winsome app, may not exceed the Entry Cap described above under "How to Enter."
Entries earned by either method count only toward the Entry Period in which they are earned or received and do not carry over to a later period. For more information on how entries are earned, see the Terms of Service.
Prize
For each Entry Period, Sponsor will award the following prizes (collectively, the "Prizes"), having a combined approximate retail value ("ARV") of $1,750 USD, to a total of thirty-one (31) winners: (i) one (1) Grand Prize, with an ARV of $1,000 USD; (ii) five (5) Runner-Up Prizes, each with an ARV of $50 USD; and (iii) twenty-five (25) Lucky 25 Prizes, each with an ARV of $20 USD. Prizes are issued in the form of a virtual prepaid or stored-value card, redeemable at merchants that accept the applicable card network, as specified for the applicable Entry Period on the Platform. Only one (1) Prize per tier will be awarded per household per Entry Period. The Prizes are not redeemable for cash, check, or direct deposit, are not reloadable, and are not transferable or assignable, except that Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised Prize becomes unavailable.
Winner Selection and Verification
Potential winners will be notified at the email address on file with their Winsome Account, or, for entrants who do not have a Winsome Account, at the email address provided on their qualifying postcard, or, if Sponsor is unable to reach a potential winner at that email address, by mail at the mailing address provided on their qualifying postcard, within five (5) business days of the drawing. As a condition of receiving the Prize, potential winners may be required to verify their identity and eligibility and complete any additional steps Sponsor may require in its sole discretion, which may include providing a valid email address to which the Prize will be sent, within a time period specified by Sponsor (not to exceed seven (7) days).
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes, or any Entry Period, if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as further described in the Terms and Conditions. Any attempt to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any such entrant’s entries and to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes on their Prize. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 (or equivalent) to winners as required by applicable law.
Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a Prize constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of their name, likeness, and city and state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes related to the Sweepstakes, without additional compensation.
Disputes; Release
The Sweepstakes is governed by the Arbitration and Limitation of Liability clauses in the Terms of Service. By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any liability related to participation in the Sweepstakes or the awarding, receipt, or use or misuse of any Prize.
Official Rules and Winners List
A copy of these official rules is available on the Platform. To request the name of the winner for a specific Entry Period, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope, within ninety (90) days after the end of that Entry Period, to Winsome Rewards, Attn: Sweepstakes Winners List, 200 N. LaSalle St., Ste 2000, Chicago, IL 60601. Sponsor reserves the right to register and/or bond the Sweepstakes in any state or locality where required by law, and to modify these official rules to the extent necessary to comply with applicable state or local requirements.
